Welcome to the Mishkafayim neighborhood in Ramat Beit Shemesh. It has two different entrances. One entrance is from Nehar HaYarkon. The second entrance from Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph on Nehar HaYarden.

The first project when you enter Mishkafayim consists of cottages on HaRav Kook Street. The cottages are 3 levels with 7 rooms. Behind them are duplexes and apartments.

In English Mishkafayim means eyeglasses. This is the shape of the project, there are 2 sections, similar to the 2 circles of eyeglasses.
The first section has a park that is surrounded by 5 apartment buildings containing 2 – 5 room apartments. Some of the apartments in these building have large gardens and there are penthouses. The second section is also a park surrounded by apartment buildings. There are 6 buildings which have 2 – 5 room apartments. Some of the apartments in these buildings have gardens and there are penthouses.

As of May 2020 the Emerald Gardens project is under construction. The plan is for the places to be ready to be moved into in about 10 months. There are 24 villas, single family houses, with endless views.
The very last section of Mishkafayim consists of plots of land that people purchase and are constructing private single family houses.

The Mishkafayim neighborhood has easy access to Route 10 (3855) which connects Route 375 and the corner of Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph on one sideto Beit Shemesh, BIG and Route 38 on the other side.
