Learn about Nehar HaYarkon and Mem3 in Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph, Israel.

HaYarkon starts at the HaYarden circle and On the corner and goes  all the way down to circle by Nachal Ayalon near the main shopping center in RBS Aleph.

Apartment buildings on the right side of HaYarkon start at the top by HaYarden and continue all the way to the bottom of the street. Some of these apartments buildings elevators. The apartments have 2,3 and 4 bedrooms, plus because the buildings are build into the side of a hill some of these apartments have gardens.

At the top, on the corner of HaYarkon and HaYarden, on the left side starts the neighborhood called Mem3. Mem3 runs the entire length of HaYarkon. At this top circle is the area called Dona. In these apartment buildings there are 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.

Further down, on the left side of HaYarkon in the Mem3 neighborhood, is an area called Zayit. In this area there are large semi-attached units, about 4 levels, on average 6 bedrooms, many with covered parking spaces, plus basements and attics.
The bottom most area of Mem3 is called Sun Valley. It goes from the Zayit area all the way down to the shopping center.  This area has the same type of semi-attached units as in Zayit.

Opposite Sun Valley, at the bottom of HaYarkon, there are apartment complexes about 6 levels with 2,3, and 4 bedroom apartments.

The Mem3 park is behind the housing units. It extends the  entire length of Mem3, from Dona all the way to Sun Valley. On the opposite side of the park is the area of Ramat Beit Shemesh called Gimmel2.

There is another park at the end of HaYarkon on the right side, at the Nachal Ayalon circle. This park goes all the way up to Nachal Dolev and runs the length of Nachal Ayalon.
